A huge part of our success is due to the delivery of our finished products and due to an exciting project we have a requirement for a Logistics Coordinator to join us on a 12 month FTC!

About The Role

Based out of our logistics hub in Scunthorpe, you’ll be responsible for helping and improving the supply chain operations to meet both internal and external customer targets.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Monitor and implement continuous improvements in logistic functions and processes
  • Liaise with 3PL Managers to ensure targets/standards are met and coordinated efficiently
  • Coordinate local requirements of product holds and recalls, ensuring no incorrect products are released to customers
  • Monitor and manage stock movements between sites
  • Be responsible for ensuring the correct inventory is in the correct locations at all times by maintaining the systems

What will we need from you?

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A good eye for detail as there will be a lot of data to be gathered and analysed, so accuracy is key
  • Experience working within Stock Control previously would be an advantage but is not essential
  • An understanding of supply chain would be beneficial

This role will be based out of our logistics hub on a full-time basis for 12 months. You’ll have the support of the team and an opportunity to get involved and see how we ensure the nation are fully stocked with our great supplies!

We’ll provide you with all the tools to learn, develop the role and yourself and will support with additional training needs where required.
