Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the Tayto team at Corby.  Working as part of our Marketing team the successful candidate will prepare and send out selection boxes of our products to be sent to consumers.

This role is 16 hours a week, working days negotiable for the successful candidate

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and maintaining Consumer Feedback file
  • Ensure all information is accurate and completed
  • Prepare and print letters and postage labels
  • Picking and packing selection boxes and prepare for postage
  • Liaising with the Technical team, reporting any issues that require escalating
  • Reporting back to the wider Marketing team on any follow ups, complaints or queries
  • Ensuring all feedback is responded to with the appropriate timescale

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Good level of IT literacy including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Organised and methodical

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Experience of communicating with Consumers
  • Social media experience
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
